Missa is a coach first and foremost, not an influencer. Long before social media, she built her foundation through in-person education, hands-on training, and real-world experience. While she offers both virtual and in-person training, she remains committed to the personal in personal training. No cookie-cutter programs. No surface-level check-ins. Every client receives individualized attention, expert programming, and true partnership.
In addition to strength and conditioning, Missa offers private and semi-private Pilates instruction. As the former owner of HardCore Pilates & Fitness in Worcester, MA, she brings over two decades of experience as a STOTT Pilates–trained instructor.
Training is available virtually, in your home, at your gym, outdoors, or in her private Worcester, MA studio, designed around your goals and your life. She also offers custom program design for those who choose to workout on their own.
