I've recently had the pleasure of working with Missa, and I must say, my fitness journey (dare I say life?) has been transformed under her guidance. From the first session, it's clear that she has an in-depth understanding of training techniques, body mechanics, and how to tailor workouts and nutrition goals to fit each individual.
What sets Missa apart is her personalized approach. She's taken the time to assess my fitness level, understand my lifestyle, my strengths and weaknesses, and created workout plans that are challenging yet achievable. Her attention to detail while showing me new workouts ensures that I am using the proper form, which not only helps me avoid injuries but also makes my workouts much more effective.
Another standout quality is Missa's positivity and motivational skills. She genuinely cares about my progress, and her encouragement (as well as tough love when it's needed) has pushed me to achieve goals I didn’t think were possible. Whether it’s hitting a new personal best or simply getting through a tough workout, she knows how to keep you motivated and focused AND can usually help you see the reasonings behind the "why" of it all.
In addition to the (physical) training, Missa has also provided valuable guidance and knowledge on nutrition making sure I was supporting my workouts with the right habits outside of the gym. In fact, we started out with simply tracking food and getting my nutrition handled before we jumped into the physical aspect. She didn't just bark orders of what to eat or supply meal plans that would leave me lost. She taught me, gave me the knowledge and then allowed me to create new habits that will last a lifetime. She truly takes a holistic approach to fitness.

I found Missa due to our collaborations in our work lives. We were at an event together and I started talking about how I wanted to start working out but didn't know where to start and was unfamiliar with proper form. I was new to exercising after years of inactivity and a bit apprehensive of joining a gym.
